The Main Ingredient
Website Redesign
Challenge
Rebrand an existing brand and redesign the brand’s website. Assets include a new logo, color palette, font system, and functioning website.
Process
The process included researching the brand, creating two customer personas, moodboarding, and creating wireframes. I chose The Main Ingredient, a specialty food store that offers local and artisanal foods, teas, and much more. I wanted to create a website that showcased the products the brand offers and create a website that represents the brand as a whole.
Homepage
Products Page
The Products page offers accordion sections for viewers to view and explore the entirety of The Main Ingredients’s products. The Products page includes sections for tea, coffee, jam & spreads, honey, local sauces, spices & salt, vinegar & oil, bulk items, kits, and gift sets.
Contact Page
The Contact page includes information such as the address, hours, phone number, email, and links to social media. All site visitors are encouraged to get in touch with the brand if they have any questions about the offered products in order to ensure all customers have the best in-store shopping experience possible. Site visitors are also encouraged to follow the brand on social medias to help customers stay updated on events happening within the store.
